The former director of Norway’s Nobel Institute revealed this week that he regrets the committee’s decision to give the 2009 Nobel Peace award to President Obama.

Most of us knew the award was a mistake long before the book came out.
And by the way, giving this award in the hope of future acts instead of prior accomplishments violates the terms of Alfred Nobel's will which established the prize in the first place. That makes Obama ad-Dajjal's award fraudulent on two accounts (i.e., he really wasn't eligible, and he did not live up to the hopes of the committee).
