Time To Forgive In Jerusalem

As you may have heard four rabbis were killed in Jerusalem, and three of them were from the US:

In the past we have forgiven Israel for the murder of the following US citizens:

• Rachel Corrie, who was run over by an Israeli bulldozer;
• The US citizens murdered by Israeli commandos while on peaceful missions to deliver food and medicine to the people of Gaza; and
• The crew of the USS Liberty who were strafed and murdered by Israeli warplanes.

Since we have forgiven Israel for killing our people, it's appropriate that we and the Israelis forgive the Palestinians who may have killed the four rabbis. Or would the Israelis prefer that we use harsh measures to punish them for killing our people?

Revenge is not justice.
