Pat Buchanan And David Stockman On Ukraine

Although I agree with their reasoning, it is time we acknowledge that two important things have changed since our Cold War days:

• As far as the West is concerned, there now is no such thing as "history".
• As far as the West is concerned, there now is no such thing as "facts".

The international ruling class believes they have the right and the power to privatize everything, everywhere for their benefit alone. This push into Ukraine is viewed by Buchanan, Stockman, and many of the rest of us as an infringement of national sovereignty, but to the ruling class it is merely a temporary impediment to their achievement of global dominion.

Pat asks, "Who is the real problem here?" The answer to that question is "you and me". And there's really nothing we can do about it except get out of the way.
