Ignoring State Sovereignty, Again

The first US President from Illinois (Abe Lincoln) ignored the sovereignty of the several states and made war on them.

The current US President from Illinois (Obama ad-Dajjal) is doing the same thing:

If this is an invasion, why is the President helping the invaders?
