Five Blunders With First US Ebola Patient

Q: Why was Thomas Eric Duncan allowed to leave Liberia?

Q: Why was Duncan sent home from a Texas hospital with antibiotics?


Q: Was the ambulance trip to hospital handled properly?


Q: Were the people closest to Duncan quarantined correctly?


Q: Why are children still in school?

The only way to effectively address this is to prohibit all travel from the Ebola outbreak areas to the rest of the world.


Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal is proposing something like this, and he seems to be the only sane person in government at this moment:
