Swedish Sub Scare Is BS

I'm sure by now you have heard of the so-called "Russian" sub in Swedish waters and perhaps have seen this picture of it:

There is no Russian (or Soviet) submarine that has a sail-mounted snorkel diffuser like the one shown in that picture.

There are, however, some Dutch subs which have this exact sort of diffuser. Here is a picture of one:

You think maybe the Swedes are confused? Or as they did in the case of Julian Assange, did the US put pressure on the Swedes to support this bullshit?

As a former submariner who earned his gold dolphins on a US sub, I am offended that the MSM has not properly investigated this obviously bogus story ... and that my fellow submariners have not spoken out against it.
