Urban reorganization to limit dwellers to a 15 minute radius by bicycle or foot traffic is all about mitigating global warming. It also paves the way for outright “climate lockdown” similar to pandemic lockdowns. In reality, the “15 minute city” is a step toward urban gulag where people will by kept like ants in an ant-farm.

I don't know what kind of nutjob dreamed this up, but considering the discord TPTB are creating in our world this new scheme makes little sense.
Until you realize that most of us won't live in the 15 minute cities. We'll all be dead, euthanized by the "vaccines". The survivors all will be plugged into The Matrix and rendered compliant.
Whether Musk knows it or not, the latest people to sign up for Twitter are probably going on some sort of master kill list. TPTB won't EVER accept freedom for the individual.
