Institutional investors like BlackRock, Vanguard, State Street, Fidelity, and JP Morgan, now own 80% of all stock in S&P 500 listed companies. The Big Three investors – BlackRock, Vanguard and State Street – alone constitute the largest shareholder in 88% of S&P 500 firms, which roughly correspond to America’s 500 largest corporations. Both BlackRock and Vanguard are among the top five shareholders of almost 70% of America’s largest 2,000 publicly traded corporations.

Money talks, and corporations controlling this much money definitely run this country.
If they don't want us to have jobs, we won't.
If they don't want our borders protected, they won't be.
If they don't like "traditional marriage" as an institution, they'll destroy it.
If they don't like a candidate or president, they'll hound them and drive them from office.
Would you call this an oligarchy, or a mafia? Whatever the case, this sure ain't no democracy.
