Does Mark Cuban Like Guns ???

Mark Cuban apparently wants to "strengthen" the Second Amendment. You can read about it here:

Exactly what does that amendment say?

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

It seems to me it ALREADY says the government can never take away your guns.

But we also need to consider what the rest of the US Constitution says about the issue:

Article I, Section 8
[The Congress shall have Power ...]
12: To raise and support Armies ...
15: To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;
16: To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;

Article II, Section 2
1: The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States;

The past few decades have proven that "our" Congress only wants professional and mercenary armies which will be utilized in conflicts abroad to impose US hegemony upon the rest of the world.

"Our" Congress has absolutely NO intention of "organizing, arming, and disciplining" a Militia which could threaten Congress's arbitrary and possibly illegal actions both here and abroad, or which could independently defend our borders against invasion.

So merely "guaranteeing" the government cannot take away your guns will be a meaningless gesture. They can do whatever they want, including killing you and getting away with it. Just ask Saddam Hussein, Muammar Gaddafi, Seth Rich, or Michael Hastings.

Anyone who really wants to address this issue first must deal with the fact We the People have LOST our sovereignty. Government of the people, by the people, for the people, has indeed perished from this country, and "our" government is working feverishly to make certain it shall perish from the earth. Any plan which does not restore our sovereignty is doomed to failure.
