This is the applicable constitutional requirement:
Amendment 14
4: The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law ... shall not be questioned.
Any ideas how this requirement can be met without a congressional vote ... and a law? Will the new scheme open up the possibility the US could declare bankruptcy?
Whatever it turns out to be, this move signals an intention to open the floodgates of debt spending, at a time when the BRICS nations are introducing a global fiscal system backed by sound money.
Our currency is being debased. This will not turn out well for the USA.
