In spite of all the claims to the contrary, that's what we've had since December 7, 1941. Yes, we have cleverly maneuvered our eventual enemies into attacking us (and when they didn't we just said they did), but it was the US who sucked every one of them into the hostilities.
And by the way, Nikki, haven't you heard of the Kellogg-Briand Pact?
We need another war monger as President like Joe Biden needs an unregistered foreign agent in the family.
