Energy - More Questions Than Answers

Here are two recent energy-related reports which raise some serious questions:

(1) https://finance.yahoo.com/news/noya-labs-turns-cooling-towers-143039898.html

The combustion exhaust stream at power plants is NOT typically routed through the cooling towers. Water from the condensers is. If this scheme combines exhaust gases and reactive chemicals in cooling tower water, it may have a serious impact on the lifetime of condenser tubes and the structure of cooling towers themselves. This may make the installation of such a system in an existing plant impractical or prohibitively expensive.

(2) https://finance.yahoo.com/news/scientists-warn-filling-sahara-solar-230000011.html

The proportion of the incident light that is reflected by a planet's surface is called "albedo". Large scale solar projects will reduce Earth's albedo and cause warming of our atmosphere. If this sort of warming equals or exceeds that alleged from the burning of fossil fuels, then what's the point of solar power?

Questions such as these must be asked and answered before we allow Wall Street and the climate change industry to make irreversible changes to our power grid. Unfortunately neither the MSM nor the scientific community at large appear willing to do so.
