I spent over 25 years in the dark heart of the nuclear industry, and I can testify that this is a HORRIBLE idea !!!
Nuclear reactors CANNOT be made safe, because the human interface will ALWAYS be flawed. You cannot believe the stupid things I have seen people do, and that includes those licensed as Senior Reactor Operators.
In addition, there already is too much nuclear waste in the world, and we have absolutely no meaningful plan for how to deal with it. We don't need to generate any more.
Furthermore, tiny reactors - especially ones small enough to transport by truck - pose a HUGE security risk. Just imagine terrorists making off with one of these and blowing it up in a populated area.
Please don't build these things !!! Forget nuclear power, and let's move on.
