It makes sense to me.

Will someone please step forward to meet her needs? Maybe then she will leave the rest of us alone.

Update: Here's an idea. Once Hillary is convicted of espionage (or whatever crimes we can make stick), she can have that intimate relationship she craves with a powerful women - a prison guard and/or the leader of a prison gang.
