According to this report, Syrian "rebels" are still using chemical weapons:

The blame for this should be placed at the feet of the US, UK, and Israel ... especially Obama ad-Dajjal and Hillary Clinton. This conflict should have ended LONG ago, but their lust to depose Bashar al-Assad has kept it going at the expense of all the peoples in the region and the EU.
Geopolitical goals, of any sort, should not result in massive destruction and human suffering. When will we ever get that through our heads?
