Q: If corporations are now "persons", then why aren't human fetuses persons?
A: Either both are, or neither is. Neither exists independently of the human beings who create them. In fact, the fetus is MORE a person than a corporation; it eventually truly becomes an independent entity, while a corporation can't do anything unless it's officers, board, and/or employees do it for them.
In fact, given the proper training and the ability to communicate with the outside world it's quite possible that fetuses could make independent decisions long before they are born.
Why are we whining about children separated from their parents at our southern border, when we don't give a damn about fetuses torn from their mother's bodies, killed, and tossed into medical waste bins?
