This more or less reminds me of Billy Graham providing spiritual counsel to Richard Nixon while the latter was slaughtering innocent people in SE Asia. Certainly sinners may be forgiven, but what's the line between forgiveness and collaboration? Apparently that line has been clearly drawn for pedophile priests, but not for those who collaborate with torturers and murderers.
