COVID-19: Judges Screwing Up ???
Does this make ANY sense to you?
The TRO, which has been denied, sought to prevent the more than 120 people who have completed their 14-day quarantine at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland from being released by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) until they have been confirmed negative for the virus or have completed a 28-day quarantine, officials said.

In other words the CDC, which in spite of the available evidence REFUSES to test people to verify they are not carriers of COVID-19, is facilitating the potential spread of the virus in a major US city. Does this make ANY sense to you?
Perhaps the judge believes this clause applies to the situation:
US Constitution, XIV Amendment
... nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law ...
"Due process"? Make them take the test. Make EVERYONE in quarantine take the test before releasing them. Or is not inconveniencing 120 people more important than potentially infecting the entire population of San Antonio?

Quarantine, Or Social Distancing ???
Apparently no one wants to hear the Q word (quarantine), so we've substituted "social distancing" for it. Not quite the same thing, but allegedly more effective.
If you still get Q'ed by the US government, keep in mind you may have to pay for it:

COVID-19: Preventing Immunity Storm
A report I previously posted suggests COVID-19 is killing some people by damaging their lungs:
Liu's team published a paper on an autopsy they conducted in the Journal of Forensic Medicine on Tuesday.
The paper said there was apparent damage to the patient's lungs. An excess production of mucus spilled out of the alveoli, indicating COVID-19 causes an inflammation response that damages deep airways and pulmonary alveoli.
The patient, an 85-year-old man, exhibited similar pathological changes to those caused by SARS and MERS. Fibrosis in his lungs was not as serious as was seen in SARS patients, but an exudative reaction was more apparent, possibly due to the short course of his disease.
News about the paper went viral on Chinese social media platforms on Friday.
Some news reports said that Liu's team's autopsies showed that sputum bolt is one the main reasons that caused COVID-19 patients' deaths. Some medical staff have used sputum aspirators for patients based on the results, which led to a decline by half in the number of deaths in Wuhan on Wednesday.

Here is a report from Ben Hunt concerning the kind of crap we can expect from the CDC:
I want to highlight a couple of quotes from [an] email.
"Since the patient did not fit the existing CDC criteria for COVID-19, a test was not immediately administered. UC Davis Health does not control the testing process."
The facts here are pretty clear. Patient comes in from another hospital on Wednesday, Feb. 19 – this is one week ago – already intubated and on a ventilator, and the doctors at UC Davis – who have treated other COVID-19 cases – IMMEDIATELY suspect COVID-19.
But the CDC refuses to test for COVID-19.
Why? Because it didn’t fit their “criteria” for testing. They didn’t know for sure that the patient was in mainland China within the past 14 days, and they didn’t know for sure that the patient was in close contact with another confirmed case, so BY DEFINITION this patient can’t possibly have COVID-19. No test for you!
This is “Don’t Test, Don’t Tell” and it is the single most incompetent, corrupt public health policy of my lifetime.
And it’s happening all over the country.

Several MSM sources keep comparing COVID-19 to the common cold. But here is eyewitness testimony from someone who is actually infected with the virus:
Callum, his wife Jessica Luana, 21, daughter Sophia, aged three, and 11-month-old son Cjay, were rushed to the contagious disease facility at Castle Hill hospital in Cottingham, where doctors took nose swabs. They are now being confined in their home until test results come back in two to three days, reports Mirror Online. Call center worker Callum said: “We’ve never been so sick. I felt like every pore in my body was opening and my eyes felt like they were on fire. Every muscle in my bones ached and I couldn’t move. Sophia has been sleeping all the time and both she and CJay have had temperatures of 40 C. None of us can stop coughing.
