Another Mike Boorda ???

You may recall that ADM Mike Boorda allegedly killed himself over a relatively trivial matter in 1996:

Now we are expected to believe that another admiral has killed himself:

Something is wrong with these narratives. Either the US Navy is promoting mentally unstable officers to high rank, or these men were murdered for some reason(s). Both men were in a position to know things damaging to the powers that be, so perhaps they were just "done away with". Nefarious forces have been known to kill US sailors in the past to conceal their deeds (e.g., the attack on the USS Liberty).
