I think this minister should check his Bible once in a while.

Would Jesus have mingled with gays and lesbians? Of course; He probably would have washed their feet:

And it came to pass, as Jesus sat at meat in the house, behold, many publicans and sinners came and sat down with him and his disciples.

But when Jesus heard that, he said unto them, They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick.

Matthew 9:10-14 KJV

But note well He did not EXCUSE their sins, but instead urged sinners to repent.

This Anglican "minister" is urging his flock to sin. I don't think that is what Jesus wanted us to do.
