The video is mostly about Canadian and African police, but are things any different in the US? By the way, the part about them not writing their reports until after speaking to lawyers is nearly identical to an event which occurred down at Gitmo when NCIS apparently destroyed a set of contemporaneous notes after they took over an investigation of 3 detainee deaths.

The mother of a childhood friend of mine died because she refused on religious grounds a transfusion which might have saved her life. At least that's what I remember.

Just as the US government DOES NOT CARE that their heavy handed tactics in Iraq and Afghanistan may have created more terrorists, they are not going to care if American citizens no longer cooperate with the FBI because of their heavy handed tactics inside the US. That will merely confirm their (the FBI's) belief that the American people are their enemies.
