If what Kunstler suggests is true, it will be almost impossible for Trump to implement his agenda, without a radical remaking of our judicial system ... and I don't think Trump has the horsepower to do that.

Now I'm starting to understand why the Dems didn't try all that hard to keep Trump out of office. As long as they can sabotage his actions, they can make it seem like he is either crazy or incompetent.

And many people already think he's both.

An AI-Assisted Antichrist ???

Here is an amplification of something I have written about before.

When we enter the biblical End Times, a charlatan whom we call the Antichrist will tell the inhabitants of the Earth they do not deserve the punishments which G-d is inflicting on humanity and will tell them he will save those who worship him:

He will promise to heal the sick
He will promise to end war
He will promise to feed the hungry
He will promise to make us immortal

Yet, for most of human history those who have aspired to be (or to help) the Antichrist have never been able to deliver on those promises. Such powers have been out of their reach ... until now.

You may have noticed that the demigods and oracles of AI and Big Tech have been bragging about their recent and future achievements. These links will take you to essays/reports which discuss some of their "miracles":

Messrs. Thiel, Luckey, Gates, and Kurzweil may not actually dream of being the Antichrist (or of helping him come to power), but they definitely seem to me to be on such a path.

On the other hand, according to this next essay the lords of Silicon Valley are encouraging their non-believing peers to embrace Christianity. Ordinarily, I would look favorably on such a thing. But being a skeptic at heart, I also know that Satan is in the process of deceiving the whole world ... just like he always has since the beginning of time:

I have a very hard time finding anything "Christian" in what the AI/robotics/singularity crowd has been preaching. What bothers me the most about the above developments is that they may cause the unwitting to lose faith in the true Gospel. Should the Antichrist be able to seemingly prove using the latest digital tools that he can do things Jesus hasn't duplicated for the past two thousand years, how many people do you suppose will desert Christianity in favor of this new religion? (And in my opinion, that's exactly what it is - a new religion).

I think the answer to that question is "many", especially because the Antichrist has already promised he will KILL all those who do not take the mark of the beast and worship him. That makes him especially hard to resist.

And that is not what I would call a good outcome.

The Two Beasts Of Revelation

The Book of Revelation talks about (among other things) a beast which rises up out of the sea and one which rises up out of the earth. They are commonly known as the Antichrist and the False Prophet.

Many believe the two will work together to form a one world government and one world religion in the End Times, and that their partnership will be a rebirth of the Holy Roman Empire. I have always resisted that interpretation, because I don't believe the historic City of Rome (or its remnants) has the influence it once did.

But today's trends seem to support such a rebirth:

The US, for whatever reason, is seeking "peace" and is trying to take us out of the geopolitical picture;
A New World Order with European roots appears to be rearing its ugly head (see https://jonathanturley.org/2025/03/24/a-new-world-order-with-european-values-the-unholy-union-of-globalism-and-anti-free-speech-measures/);
A new form of false Christianity appears to be growing among the movers and shakers of the tech world (see https://www.vanityfair.com/news/story/christianity-was-borderline-illegal-in-silicon-valley-now-its-the-new-religion); and
For some strange reason, Europe's new "leaders" seem hell bent on provoking World War III with Russia, a war which almost certainly will go nuclear and cause massive carnage.

We live in troubled times, and when you add to them the absolute disaster now unfolding in the Middle East, one has to ask, "Can the biblical End Times be all that far off?"

Pray hard, and DO NOT take the Mark of the Beast.

Who Will "Win" The AI War ???

Add to the discussion at least two other impediments:

The "never Trump, never Elon" crowd will be sabotaging every move, and
Any DOGE "savings" likely will be wasted on war preparations, new nuclear bombs/missiles/planes/subs, etc.

Even if we "win" this so-called war, the result will be a loss by any reasonable standard. Most of us will be out of work, under constant surveillance, forced to take dangerous "vaccines", and living in a dystopian dictatorship which will make a mockery of our freedoms.

Just another Faustian bargain ... and possibly the worst one ever.
