If you were Satan what are some of the things you would want the most? One possible answer to this question is: the key to the bottomless pit, a place to hide it, and a loyal follower who could use it to release him from the pit.

Satan has read the Bible, too. He was present when every word was written down. He knows the scriptures inside and out, better than we mortals. He knows that he is going to be defeated and locked into the pit; and he wants a “get out of jail free” card.

What is the key to the bottomless pit? The Bible describes it in the following way:

And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit. (Rev 9:1 KJV)

A star from heaven which fell to earth. At the time these words were written, they meant a meteorite or tektite. In our time they mean a nuclear bomb.

We have been told that development of the atomic bomb was necessary to defeat Germany and Japan in World War II. That was a lie. What if the bomb was in fact developed to determine whether it could be used as a “key to the bottomless pit”?

The world’s most famous meteorite (or tektite) is the Black Stone which is part of the eastern cornerstone of the Kaaba in Mecca. What if our occupation of Saudi Arabia is In fact intended to give America the opportunity to someday steal that stone to determine if it is the key?

And what does the quest for the key say about us? Does America want it to keep it out of Satan’s hands, or because he would pay any price to possess it?

What is the mark of the beast? What is the number of his name?

The phrase “the number of his name” or a variation of it appears in the Bible at least 21 times:

• 17 times in the Book of Numbers, where it refers to a census of men of military age or to the number of firstborn males who will be in the service of the Lord
• 1 time in the Book of 1 Chronicles, where it refers to the number of priests (the sons of Levi)
• 1 time in the Book of Acts, where it refers to the number of disciples of Jesus
• 2 times in the Book of Revelation, where it refers to (???)

It seems reasonable to me that the phrase means in all instances one of the following:

• Men of military age in the army of the Lord
• Priests or other men in the service of the Lord
• Disciples of the Lord
• The army, priests, and/or disciples of the antichrist

It does not refer to gematria or some other scheme to determine the name of a person by assigning letters to the numbers “666”. The Bible does say that it refers to the number of a man:

Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six. (Rev. 13:18 KJV)

I believe this passage means that the number somehow represents the multitude of soldiers, priests, and/or disciples who swear allegiance to a man or to an entity named after him, and that man is the antichrist.

What is the mark of the beast? The Bible says that the mark is put on the right hand or forehead:

And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads (Rev. 13:16 KJV)

What is the one thing that people do universally with their right hand and forehead?

Render a military salute.

This is one form of the mark of the beast, taken voluntarily by his army, the number of his name, to show their allegiance to him.

Who is he?

His name will be revealed in due course.

During the end times, there will be charlatans trying to open the seals of the seven-sealed book, false christs, and false prophets working apparent miracles. Among them will be the antichrist and the false prophet (the beast which rises up out of the sea and the beast which rises out of the earth mentioned in Chapter 13 of the Book of Revelation). How do we tell them apart?

First allow me to say that if you have read, understood, and believe in the scriptures of the Bible you will be in a good position to know the bad guys when you see them. Next allow me to say that I am no messiah and that I have no wish to be a false prophet. If anything I write contradicts what is said in the Bible, then treat it (i.e., that which I say) with grave suspicion. Satan is a powerful force, and anyone is susceptible to being deceived.

That being said, let me offer some observations which may help you when the time comes. As we know, the opening of the first four seals is associated with four horses and four riders. The Greek gods and goddesses who are symbolic of the riders are all of a dual nature:

• Apollo represents pestilence and health
• Ares represents war and peace
• Hades represents death and life
• Demeter represents famine and plenty

When the seals are opened by the Lamb of God, the horses and their riders will go forth with the punishing side of this dual nature; that is, they will bring pestilence, war, death, and famine to the earth. When this happens, most people will not understand why THEY are being punished (especially Americans, who falsely believe they are without guilt or sin). It is at that time that the antichrist will appear, and he will promise the world health, peace, life, and plenty. All you will have to do is to take his mark, in return for his promise to protect you from God’s punishments.

When that happens, whatever you do, DO NOT TAKE THE MARK OF THE BEAST !!!!!

There is one place on earth where you can see the beast which rises up out of the sea, the beast which rises out of the earth, and the four horsemen of the apocalypse represented together symbolically. Care to guess where that is?

On the Associated Press Website is an article entitled "Secret Cold War Tests in St. Louis Raise Concerns", written by Jim Salter and published on Oct 3, 6:19 PM EDT. It is worth reading if you have the time.

Please note two things about this article:

• According to the title, the events merely "raise concerns". When the Nazis, the Soviets, the Chinese, Saddam Hussein, etc. were accused of human experimentation on their own citizens, the title of the stories would scream out WAR CRIMES, HORRIBLE PEOPLE DID THIS !!!!!
• There are plenty of instances of this kind of behavior by the United States, which has tested atomic, biological, chemical, and radiological weapons on its own citizens and others, with or without their consent.

Rethink what your nation is and who you are. We collectively have committed some of the most horrendous crimes in history. What does that say about us?

Although America decided that David Koresh was "not worthy”, there is a class of charlatan whom America tolerates (and perhaps encourages) when they claim to be worthy to open the first seal of the seven-sealed book. These are America’s Presidents.

America is an engine designed to promote fulfillment of the end time prophecies. Many of America’s founders were Biblical scholars; the rest probably were much more familiar with its teachings than are the politicians of today. I believe that much of the symbolism associated with what our Presidents do is connected to fulfillment of Biblical prophecy, whether or not the public recognizes it as such.

Two recent examples illustrate the point. Opening of the first seal is associated with a white horse, whose rider is symbolic of the god Apollo. Apollo (who by the way also was the Roman god of colonists) is associated with health and pestilence. Those two concepts played important roles in the last two Presidential administrations:

• Barack Obama made a health care program the focus of his administration, and
• The nation endured a series of anthrax attacks after 9/11 in the administration of George W. Bush.

Although the FBI believes that Dr. Bruce Ivins was responsible for the anthrax attacks, several of his colleagues have said there are good reasons to think otherwise. I believe that the anthrax used in the attacks came from a government owned or sponsored laboratory and that the attacks themselves were intended to further both some terrorist agenda and the fulfillment of end time prophecy.

Didn't George W. Bush think that he had been ordained by God (see Faith, Certainty and the Presidency of George W. Bush, by Ron Suskind in the October 17, 2004, issue of The New York Times Magazine)? And doesn't America have the firm belief that God needs our help?

On April 19, 1993, the wages of truth were paid to David Koresh and 82 members of his church. We have been told to call them the “Branch Davidians”, but they named themselves the Students of the Seven Seals.

You no doubt have heard of the various crimes David and members of his church allegedly committed. I will not repeat them here. However, to the list of those alleged crimes must be added one more, the one I believe led to his death: the crime of being “not worthy”.

You see, toward the end of the 51-day government siege of his church, David announced that he was going to decipher the seals of the seven-sealed book mentioned in Chapter 5 of the Book of Revelation. He delivered his written deciphering of the first seal to the world on that fateful April 19, and shortly thereafter he was dead.

I have read what David wrote about the first seal. I would summarize his message as follows: if the first seal has been opened, that means someone worthy to open the seal has come; that person is the Lamb of God, and I, David Koresh, am that person.

Upon hearing that, American decided he was NOT worthy to open the first seal and killed him. I also do not think David was worthy. However, I am not qualified to judge. Revelation Chapter 5 states that the first seal will be opened in heaven before the throne of God, implying that He alone will determine who is worthy.

Some might say that being found unworthy David Koresh was killed by God. But the circumstances of his death suggest another explanation, a truth which David and his followers purchased with their lives. This other explanation stems from the date he died, April 19.

April 19, 1775, is a sacred date in the American civil religion. The Battles of Lexington and Concord occurred on that date, marking the start of the American Revolution. As we have been told over and over, that revolution was our salvation, and through us the salvation of the world.

And we have all heard the story of Paul Revere, who rode through the night of April 18-19 to warn the colonists that “the British are coming”. His brave actions ensured that when the British did arrive the following day, the militia were ready for them and won the battle.

David Koresh, on the other hand, worked through the night of April 18-19 to decipher the meaning of the first seal, in the false hope that his message would lead to the salvation of the world.

America judges Paul Revere’s actions to be worthy, and David Koresh’s to be unworthy. The key to understanding the truth behind this judgment is the fact that the family of “Paul Revere” were French Huguenots. “Paul Revere” is the Anglicized version of “Apollos Rivoire”. Apollo!

Paul Revere was America's Apollo, and his appearance on the white horse announced the opening of the first seal and the second coming of Christ through the American Revolution. David Koresh, or anyone else trying to mimic Revere’s actions in any way, is therefore a charlatan worthy only of death.

Chapters 5 and 6 of the Book of Revelation do not say that any “unworthy” person should be put to death. The fact that the unworthy David Koresh WAS put to death suggests that it was America and not God that killed him.

The Book of Revelation in the Bible represents the intersection of Greek mythology and early Christian belief. This intersection is perhaps best illustrated by examining the so-called Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. The appearance of each of four horses in Chapter 6 of the Book of Revelation follows the opening of the first four seals of the seven-sealed book mentioned in Chapter 5. Each horse is associated with a color: white, red, black, and pale green. The color of the fourth horse is often translated into English as “pale”, but since the Greek word being translated is “chloros” it would be more appropriate to say “pale green”. This more appropriate translation is key to understanding what is being expressed.

The identity of the beings which sit on (or ride) each of these four horses is Apollo, Ares, Hades, and Demeter, respectively:

• Apollo was a god associated with pestilence and health
• Ares was a god associated with war and agriculture (swords and plowshares)
• Hades was the god of the underworld (the realm of the dead)
• Demeter was an earth goddess associated with famine or plenty

There is one place on Earth where you can see all four of these horses and their riders represented in the order they appeared in the Book of Revelation. Care to guess where that is?
